It’s been an incredible journey, and as the DigitalOcean Hatch program enters its final months for us, we couldn’t be more grateful for the opportunities it has provided. While we may have forgotten to announce this earlier (oops! 🙈), Wiply joined the Hatch program months ago, and it’s been a game-changer.

What Is the Hatch Program?

For those unfamiliar, DigitalOcean Hatch is an amazing initiative that supports startups by offering cloud credits, mentorship, and resources to help us scale and optimize our tech infrastructure. For a platform like Wiply, which thrives on offering features like high-resolution image sharing, free membership, robust customization options, and a secure environment, these resources have been invaluable.

How Hatch Helped Wiply Soar

Through the Hatch program, we’ve been able to:

• Optimize our infrastructure: Scaling seamlessly to ensure our platform remains fast and reliable for users.
• Focus on innovation: Building and enhancing features like our dedicated network for Second Life users, privacy-focused tools, and credit-earning mechanisms without worrying about backend limitations.
• Learn and grow: Accessing mentorship from experts who helped us refine our roadmap and expand our horizons.

Making the Most of Our Final Months

As DigitalOcean reminded us, “The Hatch party’s not over till we say it’s over!” Over the coming months, we plan to fully leverage what’s left of this program to ensure Wiply continues to shine as a platform built for its users.

We’re excited to take all we’ve learned and keep growing—transforming Wiply into the social network alternative the world deserves. 💪
